Fresh cod & haddock fillets caught by our Off the Hook fishermen using bottom hook and line gear. We bring our fish directly from the boat to the processing plant, where the expert fish cutters prepare beautiful, boneless fillets. Our fillets come labeled with the type of fish (either cod, hake, or haddock), the date it was landed, and the name of the person who caught the fish. Fillets are packed ready to freeze or to enjoy fresh.
