MAPLE BAKED HADDOCK
Maple Baked Haddock
1 lb. Haddock fillet
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. maple syrup
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
¼ tsp. paprika
Preheat oven to 425°.
Butter the bottom of a casserole dish.
Place fish in the casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
Spread on top of fish.
If you like more liquidy topping, add more maple syrup.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serves 2.
